These Terms of Service apply to all transactions by BC Splash Video Inc. (hereinafter referred to as the “Seller”) involving the sale of barbecue grills and related accessories to customers (hereinafter referred to as the “Buyer”) through online or offline channels.
II. Product Description All barbecue grills sold by the Seller are brand new (unless otherwise specified).
Product images, dimensions, and specifications are for reference only; the actual product shall prevail.
Due to differences in shooting or display equipment, colors may vary slightly.
III. Orders and Payment Placing an order constitutes the Buyer’s agreement to these Terms of Service.
All orders must be paid for within the specified time; otherwise, the order may be automatically cancelled.
Supported payment methods are subject to the platform’s display.
Billing Terms (One-Time Sales)
All women’s sportswear products sold in this store are one-time purchase items.
Product prices are as displayed on the page when the user places an order.
Once the user completes payment, the order is a one-time transaction and does not include any subscription services or automatic renewals.
Each order is an independent transaction; the user only needs to pay for the purchased goods and any applicable shipping costs.
IV. Shipping and Delivery The seller will ship the goods within 1-3 business days after receiving payment (except in special circumstances).
Delivery time varies depending on the region and is subject to the logistics company’s schedule.
The seller is not liable for delays caused by force majeure (such as weather, epidemics, etc.).
V. Inspection and Signing The buyer should check the outer packaging for integrity upon signing for the goods.
If any damage or missing parts are found, please take photos on the spot and contact the seller.
Signing for the goods is considered to indicate that there are no obvious problems with the appearance of the product.
VI. Return and Exchange Policy The buyer may apply for a return within 7 days if the product is unused and does not affect resale.
The seller will bear the return and exchange costs incurred due to quality issues.
The buyer will bear the shipping costs for returns not due to quality issues.
The following situations do not support returns and exchanges: Used or installed products Damage caused by human error Exceeding the return and exchange period VII. After-Sales Service Products are provided with a 6-12 month warranty (subject to the product description). Repair or replacement services are available for damage caused by non-human factors during the warranty period.
Consumable parts (such as grill racks, igniters, etc.) are not covered by the free warranty.
VIII. Safety Instructions The barbecue grill is a high-temperature device; keep it away from children.
Ensure ventilation during use and avoid operating in enclosed spaces.
Please strictly follow the instruction manual. Losses caused by improper use shall be borne by the buyer.
IX. Limitation of Liability The seller is not liable for damages caused by misuse or improper use.
The seller is not liable for indirect losses (such as lost profits).
X. Terms and Conditions Amendment
The seller reserves the right to adjust these Terms and Conditions as needed, and the updated version will be published through relevant channels.
XI. Applicable Law
These terms and conditions are governed by applicable laws and regulations. Any disputes arising from such disputes shall be resolved amicably through negotiation between the parties.
