I. Return Application Period The buyer may apply for a return within 7 days of receiving the goods (opened goods are also eligible for return).
If no application is submitted after 7 days, it will be considered acceptance of the goods, and no further returns without reason will be supported.
II. Return Conditions
Returned goods must meet the following conditions simultaneously:
The goods are unused, uninstalled, and in brand new condition; The packaging is intact (including outer box, foam, instruction manual, accessories, etc.); The goods do not affect resale; Valid proof of purchase (order number or invoice) is provided.
III. Returns for Quality Issues Goods with the following conditions are considered to have quality issues: Severe damage or deformation Missing key components Unable to function properly The buyer must provide clear photos or video evidence within 48 hours of signing for the goods.
Upon confirmation, the seller will bear the return shipping costs and provide a refund or exchange service.
IV. Returns for Non-Quality Issues For returns due to personal reasons (e.g., dislike, incorrect size, etc.): Shipping costs are borne by the buyer. If the item has been opened but unused, a handling fee (e.g., 5%–15%) may apply.
Customized or special-specification products are not eligible for returns without a reason.
V. Situations Where Returns Are Not Supported
Return requests will not be accepted in the following situations:
Items that have been used, grilled, or show obvious signs of use; Damage caused by improper handling (e.g., burn deformation, severe oil stains); Exceeding the return period; Incomplete accessories or severely damaged packaging; Returning items without the seller’s consent.
VI. Return Process Contact customer service to submit a return request and explain the reason; Provide relevant pictures or videos as evidence; Obtain the return address after approval; Return the item as required and provide the tracking number; Refund will be processed within 3–7 business days after the seller confirms receipt.
VII. Refund Policy Refunds will be returned to the original payment account. If coupons or discounts were used, the refund amount will be calculated based on the actual amount paid. Shipping costs (if any) are non-refundable unless due to quality issues.
VIII. Special Notes BBQ grills are large items; please pack them properly for return to avoid damage during transportation. The buyer is responsible for any secondary damage caused by improper packaging. It is recommended to keep the original packaging for at least 7 days for return/exchange purposes.
